The Pencil Grip, Inc is pleased to announce the acquisition of Band Buddies LLC. Band Buddies, LLC, the maker of specialty toys involving Rubber Bands such as Rubber Band Ball Kits, Jump Rope Kits, Hakis, Pencil Heads and other innovative products, gives The Pencil Grip, Inc. new exciting product lines to further diversify their existing products and distribution channels.
Regarding this exciting news, Vice President Alexander Provda said, "This move should strengthen the position of The Pencil Grip, Inc. with our existing clientele while giving our growing company the ability to reach previously untapped market channels."
This acquisition was completed on January 1, 2001. The addition of this hot selling Rubber Band Toy line to the existing array of products offered by The Pencil Grip, Inc. greatly increases the strength and diversity The Pencil Grip, Inc. offers its accounts.
Fall 2000
The Pencil Grip, Inc. donated trade show product to the "Kids in Need Foundation" developed by School, Home & Office Products Association (SHOPA) at the 2000 National Association of College Stores' Campus Market Expo Show. The products donated were allocated to a store that offers free products to teachers called Crayons to Computers.
This non-profit organization provides classroom and student supplies for children in Cincinnati, OH at no cost to the teacher. In three years, Crayons to Computers has distributed nearly $5 million worth of new and used supplies to over 50,000 children in the areas poorest schools. We are proud to be able to assist in this effort.

The Pencil Grip, Inc is pleased to announce the addition of two revolutionary new products to its existing product line of ergonomically perfect writing aids. The new products, incorporate The Pencil Grip, which is the only product available on the market that works with the natural physiology of the human hand to gently place fingers in the proper position for gripping, into The Natural Cut Hobby Knife & The Natural Brush 9 in 1 Portable Painters Kit.
The Natural Cut Hobby Knife family of products is a revolutionary approach to an ancient tool. Three specific technological features distinguish The Natural Cut brand of hobby knives from other hobby knives.
