Pumpkin Patch Emotions

Materials Needed: Kwik Stix, Magic Stix, paper, glue, and scissors

1. Start by cutting out pumpkin shapes 
2. Paint each one orange with Kwik Stix
3. Add a green stem with a small piece of paper
4. Use Magic Stix to draw faces onto pumpkins; draw different emotions
5. Scatter all pumpkins onto a piece of white paper
6. Glue them in place
7. Label each pumpkin emotion (sad, happy, excited, etc.)
8. Use Kwik Stix to paint a vine between each pumpkin on the paper

Pumpkin Suncatchers

Materials Needed: Kwik Stix, paper plates, colored cellophane, black cardstock paper, tape, and glue

1. Cut out the center of the paper plate
2. Cut a small rectangular piece to glue on as the stem
3. Paint with Kwik Stix
4. Tape on a piece of orange cellophane to the back side of the paper plate
5. Cut eyes, mouth, and nose shapes with black cardstock
6. Glue onto cellophane
7. Hang on the window to catch the sunlight!

Paper Maché Pumpkins

Materials Needed: Kwik Stix, balloons, newspaper, flour, and water

1. Mix water and flour together to form a paste like substance
2. Distribute this paste onto a blown up balloon
3. Rip newspaper into small pieces
4. Place newspaper pieces onto the balloon
5. Once the newspaper is dry, paint with Kwik Stix

Pumpkin Color Sorting

Materials Needed: cardboard box, scissors, Kwik Stix, and colored balls

1. Paint a pumpkin onto the bottom of a cardboard box using Kwik Stix
2. Cut out holes from the box
3. Paint the outside of the hole with Kwik Stix, making each one represent a different color
4. Grab a variety of colored plastic balls
5. Sort the correct color into the painted circle

Pumpkin Lantern

Materials Needed: Kwik Stix, paper plates, glue, scissors, pipe cleaner, and candle

1. Paint both paper plates with orange Kwik Stix (you will need 2 plates)
2. Cut out a eyes and mouth for a pumpkin with one of the plates
3. Glue each plate together
4. Cut the bottom open 
5. Curl a green pipe cleaner and glue onto the top of the plate
6. Place the open side of the paper plate onto a lit candle

Materials Needed: paper, Kwik Stix, Magic Stix, large foam dice, and Halloween objects

1. Draw a pumpkin onto paper using Kwik Stix
2. Write numbers in no specific order 1-10
3. Roll the dice
4. The number that the dice represents, is the number you must now cover with your Halloween objects

1. Flip an empty cardboard box upside down
